- Individual, office-based urgent care when appropriate (to circumvent long Emergency Room waits whenever possible).

- Daily consultation during hospitalization. (Dr. Jackson will continue to use the Sansum hospitalist team for all hospital admissions. He will, however, consult daily with hospitalized MD.direct members, to answer questions or act as liaison with specialist and other providers when necessary.)

One Fee Covers All
The annual MD.direct fee covers all out-of-pocket expenses for services rendered by Jackson Medical Group, Inc., including:
- Co-payments
- Insurance deductible
- Services not covered by your health plan
Annual Fee for MD.direct
Individual Membership fee: $1500.00
Married couple: $2600.00
Each Child (ages 5 to 22): $300.00*
(*must be accompanied by an adult membership)

Please Note: The MD.direct services are over and above those customarily provided and are not services covered by Medicare or other health plans. The MD.direct annual fee will be accepted as payment provided by Jackson Medical Group, Inc., after your insurance has been billed.
