Lower rates for payment at time of service

It doesn't make sense for patients who pay cash or who have no insurance to pay full fees when even insurance companies negotiate discounted prices. For individuals who pay cash at the time of their visit, JMG will use the Medicare fee schedule to calculate the amount due. This represents about a 20% discount off the usual JMG fee schedule. For this purpose, we will accept cash or credit card, but no personal checks.
