Accepted Insurance Plans in Santa Barbara

Jackson Medical Group accepts most major insurance plans, making it easy for Santa Barbara and Goleta families to access quality primary care. We're in-network with many PPO, HMO, Medicare and Medi-Cal plans, and we handle all insurance billing for you.

PPO Partnership Program: New PPO patients join Jackson Medical Group through our PPO Partnership, which includes priority appointment scheduling and dedicated care coordination.

Membership Options

  • Annual: $360, paid upfront for the full year

  • Monthly: $30 per month, with a 6-month commitment

Checks are not accepted for monthly payments.

Discounted Rates for Payment at Time of Service

If you don't have insurance or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we offer fair, transparent pricing based on the Medicare fee schedule. This provides approximately 20% off our standard fees.

Self-pay discount requirements:

  • Payment in full at time of visit

  • Cash or credit card (personal checks not accepted)
